As Director of Operations for the Leeper Realty Group, I manage and oversee team production, training, marketing, and financials. Although I only have 5 years of real estate involvement, I come from 10 years of project management experience working with a large commercial design firm. My degree in Interior Design Architecture, along with my previous work experience, has exposed me to many aspects of the real estate industry including construction, sales, customer service, and transaction management. Since my introduction into real estate, I have obtained my California Real Estate license as well as my Notary certification in order to better serve our clients. My goals are to help create a successful real estate empire with a strong, hardworking team who are as dedicated as I am to achieve our greatest potential. I strive to provide the support my team needs with the structure, systems, and processes necessary for any multi-million dollar company, while developing a humble, family-oriented culture.
