Ordering reports such as the sellers Preliminary Title Report, Home Inspection, Termite, Natural Hazard Disclosures Report, and all other reports that apply  3.  Marketing the sellers property!  Order signs, personal home website, virtual tour, flyers, upload the sellers home to our highest platform the mls, upload the sellers home to most commonly used sites such as zillow, trulia, realtor.com, boost your home on facebook and other social media sites, make contact with qualified buyers, open houses, have professional pictures taken and show your home!   4.  Advise sellers how to make their home more appealing 5.  Compare properties with similar properties that had recently sold to determine competitive market prices 6.  Show your home and put the house in escrow.  There is much more to list, but most importantly I am responsible to my clients and committed to being a trust worthy agent.
